  • How are gatherings held?

    All sessions take place via Zoom. You'll receive a confirmation email and Zoom link shortly after booking. In-person gatherings may be available depending on your location—please inquire for details.

  • What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

    A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date/time at the discretion of the host if you need to cancel.
    If the host needs to reschedule for any reason, your deposit will be applied to a new appointment.

  • When is the remaining balance due?

    The remaining balance is due no later than 30 minutes before the start of your session. If payment is not received, your appointment may be canceled.

  • How do I pay?

    Payments are accepted via Venmo or Zelle. Payment details will be provided upon booking.

  • What should I expect during a session?

    Expect the unexpected. You may receive messages that don’t make sense immediately but could hold deeper meaning later. It’s recommended that you take notes during your session.

  • Can I bring someone with me or schedule a group reading?

    Yes! Group sessions are available, and pricing is per person. However, please keep in mind that:

    There is no guarantee who will or won’t receive messages.

    Sensitive information may come through in a group setting.

    Sessions will not pause or stop if personal topics arise. Choose what feels right for you.
